I am Francesca Palmeri at SparklinYoga with Fran, a registered 200h Yoga teacher and qualified in Pilates and in
Nutrition & supplements for Sport. My mission is to offer a safe space where students can challenge themselves in small or big ways and exceed their limits. Our bodies are stronger than we think!
I believe that Yoga guides us to become a better and more joyful version of ourselves. As a consequence we can create a better world, while having fun.
Ahimsa is my leading principle: non violence to humans, animals, and environment.

Some Yoga Tips from Fran
Mindful Breathing for Instant Calm
Embrace the power of mindful breathing during your yoga practice. Take a moment to inhale deeply through your nose, filling your lungs and counting till 6, hold your breath till the count of three and exhale slowly counting till six. This simple technique can instantly calm your mind, enhance focus, and deepen your connection with each pose.
Listen to Your Body's Whispers
Your body communicates with you in subtle ways. Listen to its whispers. If a stretch feels intense but good, explore it. If there’s discomfort or pain, ease off. Yoga is about honoring your body’s limits and gradually expanding them, not pushing too hard too quickly.
Stay Present in Every Pose
Each yoga pose is an opportunity to be fully present. Instead of thinking about what’s next or what happened earlier in the day, focus on the sensations in your body, the rhythm of your breath, and the stillness of your mind. Being present transforms each pose into a mindful meditation.
